Our milk supply comes from regional dairy farms. Our Alma dairy is modern and put on the quality and authenticity of its products. We are constantly innovating to improve existing products and create new ones. Our natural spring water comes from the southern flank of the Saguenay graben, located 30 meters deep. The water is naturally filtered by an important glaciofluvial surface deposit. Our pork meat supply comes from our farms. The pigs are fed with regional barley and our meat processing methods are traditional.
