Founded in 2012 in Drummondville, ANHYDRA is a company specialized in dehydration of fruits, vegetables and herbs, whether organic or conventional. We use a dehydration technique which consists in removing water from food at low temperature. This process allows us to gently remove the water, while ensuring that the dried foods retain their nutritional value, in addition to their original flavor and appearance. Originally known for its dehydrated apple snacks, ANHYDRA is now an actor in the dehydration market. Fruits, vegetables and ingredients, in bulk or via private label subcontracting. Our team aims at the international export market in the near future, in order to support customers who want to put their dehydrated food everywhere on the globe.
