Cuisine L'Angélique is a family-owned organic, gluten-free and dairy-free bakehouse. We only use carefully selected natural ingredients and wholesome flours to craft conventional-like breads, pizza crusts, cake mixes and bread mixes for health-conscious consumers. Our bakehouse is located in the pristine Eastern Townships of Québec, 2 hours East of Montreal.
