At Industrie Gastronomique Cascajares, we create and make fresh and deep-frozen meat-based dishes, that are entirely cooked sous-vide. Our Chef Brigade product line is designed especially for chefs working in hotels, institutions, restaurants and caterers. Our brand Le Chef et Moi is designed for the retail market. We offer creative and sophisticated products such as beef and pork cheeks, veal and pork osso buco as well as a large selection of super premium cuts.
