Founded in 1987 in Haute-Gaspésie, our company processes bottom fish from the cold waters of the St. Lawrence River. Our mission is to process superior-quality products. Over the years, this dedication to excellence has made us stand out in the industry. We work on a seasonal basis with a team of 45 employees at the factory and some 15 independent fishermen as suppliers. Cusimer also offers you his line of pre-cooked meals: Les cuisines de Saint-Maxime, delicatessen of the sea. Thanks to our moist stuffing combined with delicious salmon filets, you will enjoy all the benefits of our innovative products.
