Since its foundation, Le Petit Mas has grown from a small, diversified vegetable farm to an agricultural business specializing in the cultivation of organic garlic and the processing of garlic flowers. Le Petit Mas has developed a lacto-fermentation process for garlic flowers unique in Quebec (and in the world!). Garlic flowers are currently available in more than 500 points of sale throughout Quebec in addition to being sold in the Food service sector. Renowned chefs such as Jérôme Ferrer, Danny Saint-Pierre and Kévin Bélisle (SPA Eastman) use the fermented garlic flower in their cuisine, as do La Piazzetta restaurants. Le Petit Mas has also developed great expertise in the growing of the Music garlic variety as well as in all the stages leading to its commercialization, notably drying and storage. Le Petit Mas is currently one of the main suppliers of garlic in Quebec at IGA and Avril supermarché santé (since 2012).

Comes in ORGANIC or regular version, in 190ml and 750ml for retail market and 2L for food service industry and food processing.
