Agri-Food Export Group / History and Mission

History and Mission

With nearly 400 agrifood companies, the Agri-Food Export Group, founded in 1990, is the largest Canadian association of agrifood exporters.

Since the begining, we have grown in number, expanding our activities and tightening our aim, year after year. We regularly add services meant to boost foreign shipments, strengthen trade ties, and make exporting easier for our members.

A valuable link between exporters and their markets, a crucial gateway between the public and private sector, and the financial partner of Montreal’s Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL), Agri-Food Export Group helps increase the visibility of Quebec products for worldwide enjoyment.

We are developers and facilitators.
