The Agri-Food Export Group invites its members to participate at its annual general meeting, which this year will be followed with a discussion period between exporters. In fact, your association wants to hear you, to know your your issues, realities and concerns. Your feedback will help the Export Group to focus its actions and activities on your needs.

The event will take place on June 20th at Manoir Rouville-Campbell, Mont-Saint-Hilaire.

*1  Please take note that during the Assembly, participants will be requested to approve 2017 financial statements and the minutes of last year's Annual Meeting held on June 15, 2017, for which a reading exemption will be requested. Members who wish to read these documents prior to the meeting may obtain a copy by contacting Dominique Girard.

*2 Agri-Food Export Group Board of Directors Election during the General Annual Meeting :

Mr. Dominique Bohec, President of the Agri-Food Export Group's Board of Directors, wishes to inform you that elections will be held during the Annual Meeting,at Manoir Rouville-Campbell, Mont Saint- Hilaire, on June 20th, 2018. Click here for the Board's current composition.

Note that it is essential to be a member of the association to stand for election (2018 membership paid).

Two positions are available:

  • 1 manufacturer directorship*
  • 1 service business directorship*

How to submit your application:

If you wish to submit your application for a position on the Board of directors, you must inform Dominique Girard by June 11th, by Email or by phone at 450-649-6266 extension 203.  

Election will take place on June 20th at the annual meeting.
Directors are elected for an initial three-year term.  Six meetings of the Board are held each year. During your mandate, you may possibly be requested to represent Export Group's members on various committees.
* As authorized by the the Association's rules, directors ending their 3 years term may resubmit, if they are interested to do so, their application for a position on the Board of Directors.
Please note that no reimbursement will be given if cancellation after June 15th, 2018.
